Dr Luke Ahee started his Practice in 1995 and has been helping people improve the quality of their life thru Chiropractic treatment.He has become nationally recognized because of his ability to diagnose and treat symptoms that are untreatable by others. He regularly has people fly in from across the country to receive treatment.
Barbara Anderl is a fitness expert and yoga instructor and in 1994 she started Bay Yoga and has taught thousands of people and is considered one of the top instructors in the Dallas area.
In 2011 Luke and Barbara started developing a comprehensive program called Corrective Stretch Techniques (CST) that would incorporate stretching into a program to help people with chronic pain and mobility issues.The CST system was rapidly embraced by the local sports community and the benefits were quickly recognized and today many the Stretch Bar Customers are athletes.
The innovative and beneficial Corrective Stretch Technique of stretching has been fine-tuned by Dr. Luke Ahee of Stretch Bar Fitness.With years of research, operational development and technique refinements CST Certification is now available.Stretch Bar Fitness is the first standalone stretching facility and is the original and the leader in Stretching technique and procedure.
The Corrective Stretch Technique protocols are designed to target areas of the body and can reduce stress, stiffness, and soreness. Proper use of CTS can also improve circulation and range of motion which healing benefits.
